Survive the day with 100 CZK: Buřtguláš you lift the mood

The most important rule to be followed is to avoid paying for services, but to pay for the goods. That is, the more the you produce themselves, the better.

The second rule is that it should be a hearty breakfast and lunch mostly. The dinner was just the soup. But of course you have to take into account what you are released per day physical exertion.

Pour into a pot of 1200 ml of water and add 4 potatoes cut into cubes. A little salt, but only the tip of spoon and add the cumin. Simmer until the potatoes are almost soft - about 15 minutes. The pan pour 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the finely chopped onion until pink. Throw sausages sliced ??finely, add 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Cook for about 8 minutes and then add the contents of the pan, a teaspoon marjoram and crushed garlic.Simmer 2 minutes and can serve either alone or bread or pastries.

For dinner, boil chicken broth. We need about two hundred grams of chicken meat (trimmings), five balls of allspice, ten bullets around the pepper, half teaspoon salt, one teaspoon of dried vegetables without salt.

In a suitable pot put the washed cuttings and bone chicken meat, including skin. Add the salt, allspice, pepper, dried vegetables without salt and MSG. Pour about two liters of boiling water and simmer gently with the lid on until tender. Occasionally check that the water in the pot enough.
