Samsung develops competitive devices iWatches

Samsung is reportedly developing a watch that should work like smartphones. Companies are trying to find a new revolutionary product mainly due to saturation of the market for mobile phones and tablets, and it seems that this product could be just watch. Speculation on the evolution of watches have already occurred in competitor Apple.

In mid-February unnamed sources close to the company Applestated that the company is working on a new project iWatch that combines classic wristwatch with some characteristics of popular iPhone and iPad at the same time and was able to follow some basic life functions of its owner. The new device is reportedly working team of about 100 employees from hardware and software developers to marketing and management. According to the comments, the company is already under experimentation phase.

A similar device called a wearable computing device that tries to combine the features of wristwatches and other "mobile" devices already on the market. Analysts therefore means that the success of another such project will largely depend on the degree of innovation of new equipment.

The concept of multifunctional devices based on wristwatches does have estimated a large space for the application, but also provides many very complicated problems to solve. One of the main issues are the size and energy consumption.
